What a wonderful piece about you! About time someone noticed such a great writer/gardener/WOMAN such as you! "It's hard to be humble when you're perfect in every way.". There, you know that song don't you?I am proud of you myself! :-)
Oh Kay,THANK YOU!!!! Your comments are so flattering and kind!
Thank you for getting the link to your blog. I have gone back about a year now and after dinner will read more. I love how you write. You make me feel like I am there. Funny thing is I started gardening in a small patch behind my fathers garage. It was shady and had forest earthy soil. You brought back a nice memory for me. As I read I noticed that you have been inspired by Deb Bosworth.....funny thing is that it is true for me too. I met her last Spring and I have a little red hen house like hers. I also grew Dahlias for the first time this year and I am hooked. Deb is wonderful. She came to my home last Sunday to meet my sister who was here from Texas. My sister pointed Deb's blog to me and we discovered that we are not far from each other.I wanted to tell you I love your blog and the newspaper article was wonderful! I will be back to read more and leave some comments. Donna
A year wow! That's a lot of reading! I'm privileged that you would take the time to do that! Deb is awesome! I'm so glad you popped by!

Thank you! I truly appreciate you popping by and reading the article!
Very cool! That's a great article and your garden is amazing. I'll bet the fennel helped attract the butterflies. Zinnias are on my grow list for next year. Do you have a favorite?
Thanks for chatting!
