Thank you, Monica. Thank you for this very peaceful stroll in a place where I once lived. As a child growing up in HOT and stifling Los Angeles, I always dreamed of living where it snowed. I got my wish, having lived in the North Shore of Boston for 11 years. It now marks 18 + years since we've been here in the midwest. I LOVE THE SNOW and I enjoy going for quiet walks where the only sound you here is the crunch under your feet and the echo of your thoughts. Thank you. Anita
My pleasure Anita! The air felt amazing!
Thank you for the beautiful walk
Glad you tagged along!
What a pretty, icy, snowy world you have! Reminds me of Dr. Zhivago and that snowy place they lived in out in the countryside for a while. ((hugs)), Teresa :-)
Oh I love that movie!
I'll just peek through the windows and keep drinking coffee. :)
What beautiful photographs, Monica! You have no idea how much I love new-fallen snow. And you have the loveliest home. It always makes me think of Nova Scotia because of its shingled walls and gables. Have a happy week ~ and don't work too hard!
Thanks so much! I love it freshly fallen as well….but I am ready to move on! Vacation week :)
Those are some beautiful snow shots. But, if you are like me, you are getting a bit tired of the white stuff!
Yes Michelle! Enough already! 3 snow days…we are on Feb vacation now.
Brr! Cold but very beautiful. Glad you only took us with you virtually. ;-)Love,Christy
It looks colder than it was….the air was still so it was comfortable….for a change!
It is very beautiful, the snow, although I imagine you'll be glad when winter is over with, too. I love the pink of the morning sky. Lovely shots!
Yes Cheryl, READY!!!….and thanks!
Your home is so picturesque!
Thanks Elizabeth! The snow hides its flaws very nicely!

I can feel the stillness and the calm. Perfect time to gather thoughts...
Oh wow wow wow wow. For the first time since I left London, I miss the cold and snow. It looks so pristine and untouched. I can practically hear it crunching underfoot through the screen.
Thanks for chatting!
