  1. Wow, such a fun little package that would be to receive. You make beautiful and interesting things. I'm loving the tomato cage from nature in the next post and that cool sherbet ribbon looks good enough to eat. You just have it all going on here. I'm loving every bit of what you are doing!

  2. These are stunning, I think that top shot should be your new header! I have lavender in the backyard, but it must be a different variety, it isn't nearly as pretty as yours.

  4. My favorite flower and scent!! I only have two bushes but they've produced a good crop so far. Do you usually get more than one cutting during the season? Do you cut your plants all the way back in the fall or just let them be?

    1. Mine too! (love zinnias too). Just one cutting per season. Good thing...I wouldn't be able to keep up! I cut all the flowers/stems back where they meet the plant. Thanks for the visit! Come back soon :)

    1. Thanks Maya...I adore that rustic look. If I was getting married, or doing a fan dinner in the yard, I'd maybe put one at every place. I have a nasty habit of making things I wish I had!

  6. Hey Nantucket, your blog looks gorgeous and your lavender even more so!! Wow, do I wish I had even a smidge of the talent you have for making beautiful things grow and then turning them into even more beautiful things!

I left you a note on my blog but thought I'd re-post here for you. That Frances tuxedo blouse that you love is often on eBay and there are a few up for sale right now. Here's the search link for you: http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=j+crew+frances+tuxedo&_sacat=0&_odkw=j+crew+frances&_osacat=0

P.S. I think it ran a wee bit skimpy through the chest. Just FYI. :-)
