Help Promote Local Agriculture

These are the Brothers:
This is Their Cheese:

The "Shy Brothers" are dairy farmers in Westport, Massachusetts. They create these amazing little cheeses called Hannahbells (named after their mom). They are delectable little cheeses, thimble-sized, in flavors such as lavender, rosemary, and shallot.

We first discovered Hannahbells last summer. They make an amazing addition to a cheese tray with a fruity , bubbly, dry wine.

As aspiring "farmers" on a much smaller scale, we cannot do enough to promote locally grown produce, and locally produced goods. We are hoping that our 220 cloves of seed garlic start us on our way to The Farmer's Market :)

Please visit the Shy Brothers website, try their cheeses and recipes...and help promote local agriculture.
